i really enjoyed how clean the room was and how nice the linens felt. the receptionist gave me directions and was super helpful when i ask where the closest supermarket was, and it was just round the corner! breakfast included many delicious choices, i tried local pastries, and the coffee was amazing too.

the semi-transparent bathroom door feels a little odd, not the most private situation, but i got used to it.

this place is in a very quiet area not far from the main tourist hotspots. many restaurants and cafes are nearby which makes this location perfect. the vaporetto stop is easily reachable too, i found it very convenient.

i found the location was great, really close to the boat stops and biennale sites. the staff were very helpful, they carried our suitcases to the top floor room. the breakfast had many choices and good coffee.

it was a bit of a struggle getting bags up even to the first floor, i'd pack light next time.

I enjoyed how near the arsenale water bus stop it was. So convenient for getting around. the breakfast included a good variety of food items and drinks. the room had a small writing desk that was useful for planning activities. the bathroom included a roomy shower. This made getting ready easy each day.

The stairs could be challenging for travelers with heavy luggage. I was on the third floor so i had to carry my bags up.

charmed by my stay!

the location was great! i found it convenient, because it was so close to various boat stations. it was only a short walk to doge palace and st mark's square, made sightseeing effortless. the front desk service was excellent, i got great help with directions and restaurant suggestions. i even received some useful recommendations for touring options.

The air conditioning in my room did not work. Even in march the rooms were very hot and some cool air was definitely needed.
